Interchange North West - sharing the caring of children with disabilities since 1980

Interchange’s primary source of income is through the Victorian Department of Human Services, Home and Community Care Program (a joint Federal and State Government initiative).

However to provide services to more families and meet their ever changing needs we rely on external community and philanthropic support.
